We currently ship worldwide, except to three countries.
 

***We are currently unable to ship to Australia, Ireland, or The Netherlands due to COVID-related delays and price hikes by shipping carriers.***

SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • For customers who select STANDARD shipping, your items will not come with a tracking number.

  • For customers who select EXPEDITED shipping, your items WILL come with a tracking number. It will be emailed to the same address you used to place your order.

 

NOTES: We ship all items from Canada.

 

It generally takes 6-8 days for items to ship to the United States.

 

Due to Customs delays, it may take up to 14 days to receive your items.

 

Expect delays when shipping to countries other than Canada and the US. 

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

 

  • We offer returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis, based on whether the product(s) were mislabeled/mismanaged, damaged, etc. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return based on individual circumstances.
