SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • For customers who select STANDARD shipping, your items will not come with a tracking number.

  • For customers who select EXPEDITED shipping, your items will come with a tracking number. It will be emailed to the same address you used to place your order.

 

We ship all items from Canada. Expect delays when shipping to countries other than Canada and the US.

IMPORTANT COVID/POST OFFICE NOTE (CHOOSE EXPEDITED SHIPPING, GET A FREE DIP STICK)

  • Due to President Trump's war on the United States Postal Service, items shipped STANDARD to the US have been delayed and may take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive. However, since Expedited items are on a different system, their timing has not been affected and still only take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

  • If you choose EXPEDITED shipping for your order during this time, we will add in a FREE DIP STICK to offset the extra cost of the shipping, and it will guarantee your package will arrive in a timely and secure manner.

  • Please choose Expedited shipping! It's better for you, the customer, and it's better for us.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

 

  • We offer returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis, based on whether the product(s) were mislabeled/mismanaged, damaged, etc. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return based on individual circumstances.
